Al Mahmud Faizur Kabir, additional district and session’s judge of Manikganj passed the order. Bus driver Jamir Hossain, the main accused of the case, was present before the court during the hearing. Later, the court continued his bail. Earlier, on February 14, the prosecution asked for more time though the hearing was scheduled to take place on that day.
